We strive to offer our customers quality, convenience and exemplary service. In order to do this, we must allow ourselves the ability to utilize our space, equipment and resources. Terms & Conditions

When ordering a product and choosing to pick up, your product will be held for 4 weeks. If after 4 weeks the item is not picked up, we will contact you once to collect shipping costs. If your response is not timely, your purchase will be forfeited, without refund, and your product will be put on clearance. All purchases made on the website will be paid for through the website, using credit, debit, or PayPal, unless contact with Amy’s Impressions has been previously made and other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final and non-refundable. If your product arrives to you defective or damaged, contact us and we will replace the same product at no cost. Exchanging of sizes will be allowed and done based on availability and are not guaranteed. Custom designs will be agreed upon and approved by the customer before being produced.
